As bees unknowingly grant sex
To plants, fathering flowers
By kissing patient lips
With sticky, fumbling pieces-
So too must my haphazard steps
Birth unseen joys and hapless pains
For strangers brief and barely met.
Hence not a step in vain.
As bees unknowingly grant sex
To plants, fathering flowers
By kissing patient lips
With sticky, fumbling pieces-
So too must my haphazard steps
Birth unseen joys and hapless pains
For strangers brief and barely met.
Hence not a step in vain.
